Airflows with different fluctuation frequencies from 0.005 Hz to 2.5 Hz are generated by a dynamic air supply terminal. Carries out the voting experiments of human thermal response of the subjects. The results show that the fluctuation-perceptible zone of air frequency is from 0.2 Hz to 1.3 Hz at 28 ℃, and that without fluctuation zone is that lower than 0.08 Hz or higher than 2.1 Hz; the thermal sensation voting value of the subjects is less even reaching to a cooler state in air frequency of 0.5 Hz and 1 Hz, therefore it can be inferred that the air fluctuation has a strengthened cooling effect on human body under the same air velocity.
